With and Without Brickmould

Brickmould is a form of exterior casing for windows and doors. It serves as a locator point for installation for the unit and provides a boundary for brick or other siding material on the face of the buildings. Brickmould is vinyl like the windows and is made in the factory.

Brickmould provides traditional wood window style and the finishing touch to the exterior of your home by framing the outside of your window.

Sizes

Brickmould is available in different sizes, 1 5/8″, 2″ and 3 1/2″ and can be ordered with all 4 sides the same, or 3 sides that are the same with nose silling at the bottom like shown in the image below.

A traditional exterior trim that replicates typical wood window details. Ideal for a full window replacement as these brickmoulds are the typical wood brick mould sizes. Our windows can be ordered to fit the same outside measurement of your existing windows, eliminating the need to replace your exterior finish.
